OKLAHOMA CITY( KOKH) — Commissioners with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation provided an update to a popular rail service that links the Sooner State to Texas.
The Heartland Flyer started in 1999 as a joint venture between Amtrak and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation.
