EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Law enforcement officers in Ciudad Juarez found human remains on top of a grave over the weekend, allegedly used for black magic.
The remains were found on Sunday, Sept. 6, at the Tepeyac Pantheon cemetery in Juarez.
