RIO RANCHO — A man who disturbed Mass at St. Thomas Aquinas Aug. 23 has been charged with a misdemeanor.
Michael Chmura, 64, of Rio Rancho, was summoned for disturbing the peace, according to a criminal complaint released by the city of Rio Rancho Tuesday.
