Jules Walters, D-West Linn, is not happy with the impact of Abernethy Bridge construction on local residents.
“This is not a minor inconvenience to be managed with a routine progress email. This is an ongoing failure of this agency’s obligation to the people it serves,” Walters said in the letter sent to Oregon Department of Transportation Interim Director Chris Warner.
