An e-bike rider was killed after being struck from behind by an SUV that fled the scene in Maryland, police say.
Temple Hills resident Manuel Mateo-Molina, 20, has been identified by the Prince George’s County Police Department as the e-bike rider killed by a hit-and-run driver Monday night.
