White Plains man facing charges for allegedly assaulting and strangling ex-girlfriend after she refused to speak with him

A White Plains man faces 13 charges for allegedly strangling and assaulting his ex-girlfriend, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.

Michah Jackson was arrested on June 5 and arraigned on Aug. 25. His charges include strangulation, two counts of grand larceny, two counts of assault and three counts of harassment.
