WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Dick McGraw was the number two person in the public affairs office at the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001, 25 years ago. He said it is a day he will never forget.
Like most people 25 years ago, McGraw was watching the events of Sept. 11 unfold on television. Unlike most others, McGraw was watching from inside the Pentagon.
