JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – MDOT is providing more details about the massive “Big Fix” project in Jackson, including how crews plan to tackle much of the work while most drivers are off the road.
The Mississippi Department of Transportation says the majority of the work planned for 2026 will take place overnight or on weekends, with lane closures expected to begin in October.
