A 44-year-old Modesto man was arrested Sept. 5 on suspicion of being the hit-and-run driver who seriously injured a bicyclist in Livermore last month.
The crash occurred Aug. 15 on southbound Isabel Avenue, where police officers found the victim unconscious around 9:55 p.m.
