ACCESS of Wilmington to host 2nd annual ‘Sounds of Freedom’ concert

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – ACCESS of Wilmington will be hosting its 2nd annual ‘Sounds of Freedom’ benefit concert this month.

The event is being held to support Project SOAR programs for Veterans with disabilities and first responders. It will feature live music from Belles and Folkstone String Band, as well as a silent auction and refreshments.

“Project SOAR was built on the belief that all veterans and first responders deserve the chance to heal, connect, and thrive through sport and recreation,” said Paula Crozier, Executive Director of ACCESS of Wilmington. “As we celebrate ten years of this program, we’re honored to bring Belles to Wilmington for an evening that celebrates music, community, and the memory of Dolly Parton, whose generosity inspired so many.”…
