A judge has sentenced a Wisconsin man after he allegedly crashed into a retired police officer, who was helping some stranded people by towing their vehicle off the road with his ATV.

Judge James Morrison sentenced 34-year-old Obilio Tomas Sargento Roblero to 15 years in prison and 10 more years of supervised release on Tuesday, September 8, for the hit-and-run murder of 60-year-old Tom Roberts, per WLUK.
Roblero pleaded no contest to his charges of one count of hit-and-run resulting in the death of the victim in June this year.
