TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Crews rescued two people who were swept away by floodwaters as strong storms hit Cochise County late Wednesday, Sept. 9.
The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office said a man called 911 around 7:30 p.m. and said his vehicle was caught up in flooding near Interstate 10 and North Ocotillo Road.
By 10 p.m., crews found the two people in the wash and were walking them out to safety…
