PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — Providence police said a man was arrested after he allegedly injured a dog and barricaded himself inside his residence on Thursday.
According to police, officers responded to a disturbance at 773 Douglas Ave. for a report of a man armed with two knives.
