ROANOKE, Va. – A new Development in Roanoke is moving along pretty quickly.
It’s the Foundry at Norwich Town Center, to be located on the property once home to the Walker Machine and Foundry before it closed in 2019.
Developers say in a year there will be a restaurant here… and within three to four years plans call for more than 100 townhomes. Look for the model unit by January of 2027…
