A split-second dash through traffic turned deadly for a Maryland man.
Bernard Massey, 56, of Silver Spring, died on Tuesday, Sept. 8, five days after he was struck by a Tesla on Georgia Avenue in Northwest DC, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
