SAN ANTONIO – Two people were arrested after deputies found six malnourished dogs and a dead dog at a home on the city’s West Side.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 9:30 a.m. to a home near Bartell Point and Acuff Station, where they found the animals in poor condition.
