WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Congress Heights Day Parade is back!
On Sept. 12, the parade will begin marching at Ballou High School and proceed north onto 4th Street to Martin Luther King Jr. SE. The parade will end at Sycamore and Oak.
The free event will feature performances and celebrate the history and talent in Southeast D.C.
