Fugitive wanted for murder in Albany, NY

ALBANY, NY — U.S. Marshals are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted on murder charges.

Jacqua Cowan, 19, of Albany, has been wanted since June 12 on charges including second-degree murder, first-degree conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon.

Cowan is charged in connection with the shooting death of Jamier Allen on or about March 22 in the vicinity of 61 Boenau Street in Albany…
