TRIANA, Ala. (WAFF) – A drug investigation in Triana ended with the seizure of more than a half-pound of fentanyl, multiple weapons, and thousands of dollars in cash, according to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
Members of the MCSO Narcotics Unit, alongside SWAT and K-9 personnel, executed a search warrant at a Triana home occupied by 49-year-old Maurice Tywan Fletcher.
During the search, detectives recovered approximately 9.7 ounces of suspected fentanyl, several firearms, and roughly $18,000 in cash.
Fletcher was arrested and booked into the Madison County Jail, where he is being held on bonds exceeding $1 million. He is charged with drug trafficking and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon…
