Philadelphia police are searching for the driver who was involved in two hit-and-run crashes that injured two women in Center City on Thursday evening.
The suspect was reportedly driving a black or dark-colored Mazda SUV.
According to investigators, the first crash occurred just after 7 p.m. at 16th and Arch streets, where the SUV struck a 59-year-old woman who was crossing the street. Police said the driver fled the scene…
