Deborah Nicholls’ attorney speaks as third bond hearing is set in case involving overturned conviction

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – A third hearing is scheduled for Sept. 30 on whether Deborah Nicholls should be released on bond, weeks after a judge overturned her 2008 conviction in the deaths of her three children in a 2003 Colorado Springs house fire.

Nicholls has spent more than two decades behind bars. She has maintained her innocence throughout the case.
