Two Realty One Group franchises in south-central Pennsylvania are merging.
The unified brokerage will boast a team of more than 100 real estate professionals serving home buyers, sellers, and investors across Lancaster, York, and the surrounding counties, the company said.
The merger took place on Sept. 3. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
York County-based Realty One Group Generations will merge into Lancaster-based Realty One Group Unlimited.
