MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man has been arrested following a shooting in Frayser on Wednesday that injured two men, one of them in a wheelchair, according to Memphis Police.
Carlos Hunt has been charged with attempted second-degree murder, using a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony, and aggravated assault – acting in concert.
