CRANSTON, R.I. (WJAR) — Cranston police said two New York men were arrested in connection with the theft of cooking oil on Friday.
According to police, 26-year-old Anyeson Veras Martinez of New York and 29-year-old Steven Velez Toribio of New York are facing charges of larceny under $1,500 and conspiracy.
Police said at around 1:57 a.m. on Friday, officers received a Flock notification identifying a white 2018 Ford Transit with Pennsylvania registration VDF0027 that had been associated with cooking oil thefts in the area…
