TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee woman is suing the Florida Highway Patrol, claiming she sustained severe injuries and damages due to a chase in 2024 involving FHP and another individual.
WCTV obtained the lawsuit, which revealed that the case was filed Thursday afternoon. The case involves an FHP pursuit that took place back in Sept. 2024 during “heavy rush hour traffic” in Tallahassee, per the records.
