GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — The Green Bay Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing elderly man from the area who is believed to be suffering from dementia or another cognitive impairment.

According to a press release, 65-year-old Matthew Zahn has been missing for several days; he was last seen on September 6 around 7:00 p.m., and the last time anyone could contact him by phone was September 7 at 10:00 a.m.
Officials describe Matthew as being 5 feet 11 inches and around 180 pounds. He has a brown, scruffy, shoulder-length mustache and possibly scruffy facial hair. Matthew also walks slowly.
Law enforcement adds that Zahn will likely be traveling on foot rather than in a vehicle.
