ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Albuquerque police say a man tried to pull a woman from her car with her 10-year-old child inside after a road rage encounter.
Police said investigators identified the suspect as Luke Van Daney after a woman told them he ran a red light at Tramway and Copper and nearly hit her.
