Henderson officials and California-based developer Agora Realty & Management Inc. have unveiled plans to transform the former Fiesta Henderson casino site into a mixed-use development anchored by a 150,000-square-foot indoor sports complex.
The 35-acre property, located along Lake Mead Parkway just west of downtown Henderson, has sat vacant since Station Casinos closed the Fiesta Henderson hotel-casino in March 2020. The hotel tower was demolished in 2022, though the site’s parking garage will remain as part of the new development.
Agora plans to purchase the land from the city for $30 million and finance construction of the indoor fieldhouse, which will serve as the project’s centerpiece.
