New information has emerged in the investigation of several missing persons cases connected to a home on Chew Avenue in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood.
A cousin of Nicole Fusaro, one of the missing women, told the NBC10 Investigators that police believe they have video of Ray Horsch strangling Fusaro.
