ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — For millions of listeners, Adele’s “21” is an album tied to heartbreak. For Rochester musician Allison Eberhardt, it is tied to something even more personal.

Fifteen years after the album’s release, Eberhardt is bringing “21” to the stage at the Rochester Fringe Festival with a full-band tribute to one of Adele’s best-known records.
