DELHI, NY — A Staten Island man was arrested on a family court warrant stemming from a child neglect investigation.
Miguel A. Delgado, 49, of Staten Island, New York, was taken into custody Tuesday by investigators with the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division.
