Scattered afternoon downpours and storms may cause isolated flooding in portions of the Tampa Bay area Saturday.
Rain and storms will begin to develop in the early afternoon and intensify into a 60% chance of scattered storms throughout Saturday evening. Abundant tropical moisture across the region will fuel very heavy downpours, increasing the risk of isolated flooding in poor-drainage and low-lying areas.
