CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred in the area of Land of Promise Road and Whittamore Road on Saturday, Sept. 12. around 5:20 a.m.
The driver, an adult white female, was alone in the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
