Soda Wins Back To Back Iowa PGA Women’s Professional Championship- Johnston, Iowa – Chelsea Soda of Echo Valley Country Club has won back to back of the Iowa PGA Women’s Professional Championship on Friday, September 11 at Hyperion Field Club. Format for this event is an 18-hole stroke play. Soda turned in a winning total of 71, 1-under-par to capture the Iowa PGA Women’s Professional Championship.
Soda carded birdies on holes 1, 4, 6, and 8 including bogeys on holes 2, 9 and 14. Sherry Newsome of Silo Golf Club was runner-up, finishing at 81, 9-over-par.
