An unresponsive man was pulled from the water at the bottom of a spillway in a Central Massachusetts town.
At about 12:12 p.m. Friday, Warren and West Brookfield police responded to a call about a man acting erratically on South Street in Warren, according to a police statement. Police searched the area for the man.
