Philadelphia and its surrounding counties are under a flash flood warning through noon Sunday, according to Fox 29, as heavy overnight rain and thunderstorms have produced localized street flooding and near-inch rainfall totals in parts of the Lehigh Valley.
The National Weather Service issued the warning covering Philadelphia, Mercer, Camden, Burlington, Salem, Gloucester, and Delaware counties, along with Trenton, Levittown, and much of South Jersey.
