ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – A car crash is causing delays on U.S. Route 220 near Old Rocky Mount Road in Roanoke, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
Traffic is backed up about 0.5 miles, VDOT reports. The northbound left shoulder, left lane and right lane were closed before reopening at 4:07 p.m.
