IOWA CITY, Iowa — Music, dancing, food and art representing more than 20 African countries will fill downtown Iowa City when the African Festival of Arts and Culture returns for its third year.
The free festival runs from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, on the Pedestrian Mall. Organizers say more than 5,000 people attended last year’s event.
