LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — An Ephrata man was arrested on Aug. 28 after reportedly threatening to shoot the police while attempting to smash a window on his home with a pickaxe, according to a news release.
George Conners, 49, was charged with one count of terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, the police said.
