KALAMAZOO, MI — After a fight over control of a grocery co-op became physical, a judge was asked to rule on who should be running the store.
Judge Gary C. Giguere Jr. ruled on Monday, Sept. 14, that the recently elected ownership group now has control of the Peoples Food Co-Op of Kalamazoo, according to attorneys on either side of the case.
