EFFINGHAM, Ill. (WICS/WRSP) – Effingham Police Department responded to a report of an adult being kidnapped who was currently located at Golden Corral, 1102 Ave of Mid America, on Sunday, September 13, 2026,at approximately 2:20 P.M.
During the initial investigation, officers made contact with the complainant, Euzeniua M. Miller, 31, Memphis, Tennessee. Officers determined that a kidnapping had not occurred; however, circumstances discovered during the incident warranted further action.
