A new apartment community is giving future Fields West residents the chance to live above the action. The Wentwood Fields West, a Class A multifamily development along Wentwood Avenue in Frisco, is now leasing studios, one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom residences.
The Wentwood, developed by Columbus Realty Partners, sits directly above the many restaurants and retail planned for Fields West. The first phase is expected to be ready for move-ins in January, with additional phases scheduled to open throughout 2027 and into 2028.
