MANASSAS, Va. (7News) — A 16-year-old has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of an 18-year-old Bristow man who was found inside a crashed vehicle in Manassas, according to Prince William County police.
Detectives arrested the Manassas teenager without incident Monday, Sept. 14. He was charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
