NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Power has been restored for over for 2,000 people in Norfolk following an outage.
According to the Dominion Energy Outage Map, the outage appeared to have affected residences and businesses in the Ghent area of the city. A spokesperson for Dominion Energy says around 9:30 a.m., a construction crane made contact with a power line, which brought the wire down.
Power was restored for those affected areas about 50 minutes later…
