The family of a 19-year-old woman killed in a suspected DUI crash near Shaver Lake is speaking out as the driver accused of causing the collision faces criminal charges.
Arianna Perez died Thursday after a vehicle went off Highway 168 near Littlefield Road and plunged nearly 60 feet down a cliff, according to the California Highway Patrol.
