SPOKANE – On September 12, 2026, at approximately 12:35 am, Spokane Valley Deputies responded to the 100 block of S. Flora Road for what was originally reported as a vehicle/pedestrian collision.
Spokane Valley Fire and AMR Medics provided life-saving measures to the adult male rider, who was not initially breathing and appeared to have sustained serious, life-threatening injuries. Through their efforts, they regained a pulse, and the victim was transported to the hospital for additional care.
