EULESS, Texas — The new Trinity Arena in the Hurst-Euless-Bedford Independent School District officially became Myles Turner Fieldhouse on Monday after Milwaukee Bucks center Myles Turner signed a sponsorship and pledge agreement with the district.
According to the district’s Facebook post, Turner also handed a $2 million investment to the HEB ISD Education Foundation. A volunteer board runs the foundation. The post did not say how the $2 million will be paid out or how long the name stays on the building.
HEB ISD voters approved a 2023 bond to rebuild Trinity, maintaining the campus’s “high school on a hill” character. Phase 1 included a new competition gym, expected to take about 15 months. Students could access the new athletic areas by mid-August 2026, with Phase 2 adding classrooms, cafeteria, and admin spaces.
