Ames-based Haverkamp Group recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the Sloane, a new 387-unit residential community in north Ankeny.
The Sloane, located on about 28 acres near the southwest corner of Northeast Delaware Avenue and Northeast 70th Street, will feature apartments, stacked flats and townhomes. The development will also include a clubhouse, swimming pool and other community amenities.
