Birmingham Firm Managing $16 Billion Opens Dallas Office at Old Parkland

A Birmingham, Alabama-based firm managing more than $16 billion for wealthy families has planted its flag in one of Dallas’s most exclusive office campuses. Arlington Family Offices has leased 2,700 square feet inside Endeavor Hall at Old Parkland, marking its expansion into the Texas market with an office scheduled to open this month.

The firm signed an initial five-year lease with two five-year renewal options at 4010 Maple Avenue, according to The Real Deal. Endeavor Hall itself is a relatively new addition to the historic campus, completed in 2024 as part of Old Parkland’s East Campus expansion, the outlet reported. A spokesperson declined to disclose the price of the lease, according to Yahoo Finance.

Arlington describes itself as overseeing more than $16 billion in assets under stewardship for 84 families, per a company announcement carried by PR Newswire. That release states the Dallas office is scheduled to open in September 2026. The Dallas Morning News reports the firm currently has three team members in Dallas and plans to add two more before the end of 2026.

Why Arlington Picked Old Parkland

The new office is meant to serve existing Texas families and help the firm build new client relationships in the state, per the same real estate reporting. Arlington’s president, Stephen Rowe, is leading the Dallas buildout, which the report says will eventually include four client service roles and a director of philanthropy.
