The Forest Acres Police Department (FAPD) is investigating a fatal collision involving a commercial train and a pedestrian.
The incident occurred around 5 a.m. Wednesday along Two Notch Road. Following the collision, the train engineer called 911 and told investigators he saw a woman walking on the railroad tracks near the S351 mile marker.
